Returns policy

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a Full Refund.
  • Items must be received in original condition - unused and in original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this in your parcel when returning your item.
  • We process all returns within one week of receiving your items and we will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
  • Please contact is via our Contact Page if you believe your product is damaged or faulty.
  • Buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been shipped. If an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.

Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our warehouse team will have already started processing it (we’re fast)! So we would be unable to make any changes.

What should I do if I receive and incorrect or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that! Hit us up within 30 days of receiving your goods via our Contact Page with your order number. Our Customer Care team will get on this, ASAP!

How long will shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of being placed.
Express Shipping is 2-5 business days for delivery. 

What if I'm not home when my parcel is delivered?
The shipping company will attempt to deliver to you directly, if no one is home they will leave it in a safe space on the property. If not safe space is available, your order will be taken to your local post office for collection.

Will a signature be required on delivery?
If you or a neighbour is home to accept the delivery, then a signature will be required. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, then our carriers may attempt to leave it in a safe location. A card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact the courier to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date that is more suitable for you.

Can I ship to a different address than my address?
Of course! You can have your parcel shipped to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered. 

What is my parcel doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived within 4 days after the promised shipping date to receive your parcel in case of a shipping delay, please contact us and we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.
